Opening an online/offline store throws an error

Hello Experts,

We are developing an OData native Windows app,

For initial download, 50% of data is downloaded from the Backend via SMP and rest directly from other server.

After 1st half download, client-SMP session goes idle and then 2nd half download starts. There is no issue after full download. When we open online/offline store, we get '500 internal server error'

Could this error be related to SMP server session timeout which is 20 mins by default?
