Workflow offline Approval / Inbound mail setting

Hi Guys,

We are trying to do Offline PR/PO approval through outlook for work-item (Don't want use SAP shortcut attachment). We have configured SCOT settings. As per threads for Inbound Processing we have to create new email id something like (name1.name2@XXX-YYY.company.com).

Please clarify what exactly XXX and YYY, Some places it seems like SAP system ID, but not sure.

I have checked forums, but not getting exactly the XXX and YYY value.

Also want to know without this sub-domain are we able to move forward with any other solution?
