File Tab Delimited

I am working on file scenario receiver tab delimited

output data is

empno     empname              dateofbirth  salary      age       location

123456     michael joseph         22021978     400,00    25              Texas

234566     mark stephen willworth10061985     31000,00 40               malaysia

31456     stephen                  20081989          28     australia              

Here whenever the salary is increased it is creating a gap due to tab is not handled.

Please any help how to achieve it to without any empty line.
