MRP creates multiple proposal for same products based on Demands

Dear Experts,

I have observed that MRP creates multiple proposals based on demand.

Means if one products has three requirements

Source           Doc Id      Proposal ID      Proposal QTY     

Sales Order     2              111                    2 

Service Order  6              222                    6

Service Order  7              333                    7

Now my point is, why not system create one proposal based on total qty required?

& what setting we can do to have same one proposal for all demands.
