Bug in HTML Crystal Report Viewer

I've got a Crystal Report (which was designed in 2008) which displays correctly in my application, in Visual Studio 2015 and in the Crystal Reports 2008 designer.

I've since created a simple ASP.NET (4.0) webpage with the Crystal Reports HTML report viewer (Support Pack 16 (v.13.0.16.1954) 64 bit). On loading the report, any right aligned text shoots off to the left.

Also, there is a text field in the Page Footer (width of the entire report width) which contains a formula whose contents are centre aligned. On loading the report, this field is displayed on the left of the page (but it's contents is still centre aligned.)

On export of the report, all fields display as designed. This leads me to believe that the web report viewer either has a bug or you require to do something special to these fields in order for them to display correctly.

Has anyone seen or replicated this type of behaviour?
